Objevit cestu k pos\u00edlen\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed motivace, um\u011bn\u00ed zdol\u00e1vat p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, m\u00edt odvahu vystoupit ze sv\u00e9 komfortn\u00ed z\u00f3ny, p\u0159ijmout zodpov\u011bdnost za sv\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, emoce a jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, rozhodovat se, vyjednat si pro sebe uspokojiv\u00e9 podm\u00ednky s respektem k okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>To tak\u00e9 souvis\u00ed s kladn\u00fdm vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edm sebe sama, rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm emoc\u00ed a seberegulac\u00ed.
