V\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se v\u0161ak \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edce\u00a0aktivn\u011b zapojuje do podpory du\u0161evn\u00edho a digit\u00e1ln\u00edho zdrav\u00ed. V\u202fr\u00e1mci <strong>T\u00fddne pro wellbeing ve \u0161kole<\/strong> si\u00a0p\u0159ipravila t\u0159i vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed aktivity pro ve\u0159ejnost. Ur\u010deny jsou pro \u017e\u00e1ky, pedagogy, rodi\u010de, seniory i d\u011bti\u00a0z\u202fd\u011btsk\u00fdch domov\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eWellbeing n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje objevovat a porozum\u011bt vlastn\u00edmu vnit\u0159n\u00edmu sv\u011btu, um\u011bt kontrolovat sv\u016fj<\/em>\u00a0<em>\u017eivot a budovat mezilidsk\u00e9 vztahy. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 k\u202fodolnosti v\u016f\u010di stresu a \u00fazkostem. Je to<\/em>\u00a0<em>v\u202fpodstat\u011b takov\u00e1 investice do sebe sama, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m otev\u00edr\u00e1 cestu ke spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu pracovn\u00edmu i<\/em>\u00a0<em>osobn\u00edmu \u017eivotu. Toto t\u00e9ma se t\u00fdk\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z\u202fn\u00e1s. Jen\u017ee han\u011bn\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9\u00a0sou\u010d\u00e1sti jejich \u017eivota pro n\u011b nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. P\u0159estanou tak poslouchat a nesly\u0161\u00ed i ta skute\u010dn\u00e1 rizika. Jak\u00a0tedy na to, aby prevence m\u011bla dopad a d\u011bti rozv\u00edjely tolik pot\u0159ebn\u00fd digit\u00e1ln\u00ed wellbeing? Do d\u011btsk\u00fdch\u00a0domov\u016f v r\u00e1mci t\u00fddne wellbeingu ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch, p\u0159ijedou lektorky s t\u00e9matem \u201eKdy\u017e chci b\u00fdt v pohod\u011b\u201c.\u00a0V\u011bnujeme se r\u016fzn\u00fdm interaktivn\u011b a z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u011b veden\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m, je zde prostor na diskuzi a dotazy.\u00a0Budeme se spole\u010dn\u011b zab\u00fdvat situacemi, se kter\u00fdmi se d\u011bti a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0technologi\u00ed, na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, a nejen na nich. Zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme se na chv\u00edle, kdy u\u017e je toho na n\u00e1s moc, jak\u00a0to na sob\u011b pozn\u00e1me, a co n\u00e1m v tom m\u016f\u017ee pomoci.
