Ohro\u017een\u00ed syndromem vyho\u0159en\u00ed vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edch m\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00fd negativn\u00ed dopad na kvalitu v\u00fduky, kterou sv\u00fdm studuj\u00edc\u00edm poskytuj\u00ed a zejm\u00e9na pak na napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch pot\u0159eb studuj\u00edc\u00edch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>D\u011bti jsou \u010dasto \u00fazkostn\u00e9 a vy\u010derpan\u00e9, nebo naopak neklidn\u00e9 a nepozorn\u00e9. Po\u010det d\u011btsk\u00fdch sebevra\u017ed stoup\u00e1 na \u00farove\u0148, kterou odborn\u00edci a odbornice ozna\u010duj\u00ed \u00a0za epidemii. Ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch, kde panuj\u00ed dobr\u00e9 vztahy mezi studuj\u00edc\u00edmi navz\u00e1jem i mezi studuj\u00edc\u00edmi a vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edmi, vykazuj\u00ed d\u011bti a mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed celkovou \u017eivotn\u00ed spokojenost a odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed se to pozitivn\u011b i v jejich vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch. Wellbeing a u\u010den\u00ed jsou toti\u017e spojen\u00e9 n\u00e1doby \u2013 bez n\u011bho \u017e\u00e1ci a \u017e\u00e1kyn\u011b nemohou dosahovat maxima sv\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho potenci\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed se st\u00e1v\u00e1 glob\u00e1ln\u00ed prioritou. V roce 2022 jej za glob\u00e1ln\u00ed prioritu ozna\u010dila i Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abychom v t\u00e9to oblasti dos\u00e1hli opravdov\u00e9ho zlep\u0161en\u00ed, jsou syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 zm\u011bny ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed naprosto z\u00e1sadn\u00ed podm\u00ednkou. K podpo\u0159e ka\u017ed\u00e9 z nich m\u016f\u017eeme uplat\u0148ovat \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu opat\u0159en\u00ed, od zdrav\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159es nen\u00e1silnou komunikaci po hodnotov\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. V \u010cesku je \u0159ada organizac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se v\u011bnuj\u00ed aktivit\u00e1m podporuj\u00edc\u00edm wellbeing v n\u011bkter\u00e9 z t\u011bchto oblasti nebo oblastech. Abychom \u0161kol\u00e1m a dal\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1jemc\u016fm nab\u00eddli co nej\u0161ir\u0161\u00ed \u0161k\u00e1lu p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f a inspirac\u00ed, jak k podpo\u0159e wellbeingu ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159istoupit, bylo propojen\u00ed s dal\u0161\u00edmi akt\u00e9ry a akt\u00e9rkami naprosto logick\u00fdm krokem.
