P\u0159ipravili jsme pro v\u00e1s podklady k sebehodnocen\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b wellbeingu i tipy, jak jej m\u016f\u017eete v jeho jednotliv\u00fdch oblastech c\u00edlen\u011b podpo\u0159it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Pr\u00e1ci s materi\u00e1ly (zejm\u00e9na s pracovn\u00edmi listy k podpo\u0159e osobn\u00edho wellbeingu) doporu\u010dujeme pojmout jako kolektivn\u00ed aktivitu, kdy si s kolegy a kolegyn\u011bmi m\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 vz\u00e1jemn\u011b sd\u00edlet, co pro sv\u016fj osobn\u00ed wellbeing d\u011bl\u00e1te.<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u016f\u017eete se tak vz\u00e1jemn\u011b inspirovat nebo si spole\u010dn\u011b domluvit \u201cwellbeingovou v\u00fdzvu\u201d. P\u016fjdete si spole\u010dn\u011b zab\u011bhat, zalo\u017e\u00edte gurm\u00e1nsk\u00fd klub nebo si ve \u0161kole za\u0159\u00edd\u00edte relaxa\u010dn\u00ed m\u00edsto, kde si budete moct chvilku odpo\u010dinout a nebrat s\u00edly do zbytku dne?
