N\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 emoce za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00a0n\u00e1s, proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 d\u011bti u\u010dit, jak s\u00a0emocemi \u201epracovat\u201c tak, aby neubli\u017eovaly jim samotn\u00fdm ani jejich okol\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teplom\u011br se zam\u011b\u0159uje konkr\u00e9tn\u011b na vztek. Vztek je p\u0159irozen\u00e1 a z\u00e1kladn\u00ed emoce, proto ho nelze \u201enem\u00edt\u201c. Pro dlouhodobou psychickou pohodu je ale n\u00e1pomocn\u00e9 t\u00e9to emoci rozum\u011bt a postupn\u011b se u\u010dit s\u00a0n\u00ed pracovat a v\u011bdom\u011b ji ovl\u00e1dat. \u010c\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve se tomuto d\u011bti budou u\u010dit, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe. Proto je dobr\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0d\u011btmi tuto emoci \u201eprozkoum\u00e1vat\u201c, mluvit o jejich vlastn\u00edch zku\u0161enostech a nau\u010dit je rozpoznat:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak\u00e9 situace v\u00a0d\u011btech vztek vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed (spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak se vztek projevuje na t\u011blesn\u00e9 rovin\u011b (nap\u0159. ruce v\u00a0p\u011bst, nap\u011bt\u00ed t\u011bla, zrychlen\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, zamra\u010den\u00fd obli\u010dej atp.),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak\u00e9 my\u0161lenky s\u00a0sebou vztek p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed (nap\u0159. Chci do n\u011b\u010deho kopnout a n\u011bco rozb\u00edt.),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u017de m\u00e1 r\u016fznou intenzitu (od m\u00edrn\u00e9ho vzteku po velk\u00fd vztek, tzn. nen\u00ed to tak, \u017ee bu\u010f je, nebo nen\u00ed, ale jedn\u00e1 se o kontinuum).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>C\u00edlem je d\u011bti prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm tohoto porozum\u011bn\u00ed u\u010dit regulovat tuto emoci. Tzn. rozpoznat situace, u kter\u00fdch je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee vztek vyvolaj\u00ed a t\u011blesn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na to, \u017ee tuto emoci zrovna pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed. D\u00edky tomu je mo\u017en\u00e9 s\u00a0nimi tak\u00e9 hledat r\u016fzn\u00e9 strategie a n\u00e1stroje, jak si s\u00a0emoc\u00ed poradit, aby neubli\u017eovala.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud v\u00a0d\u011btech vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 emoce n\u011bkter\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situace (nap\u0159. velk\u00fd hluk), je dobr\u00e9 hledat konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed strategie, co v\u00a0takov\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch mohou d\u011blat (nap\u0159. nosit s\u00a0sebou \u0161punty\/hluch\u00e1tka a ty si v\u00a0takov\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch nasadit; nebo odej\u00edt z\u00a0m\u00edstnosti; nebo vz\u00edt si do ruky antistresov\u00fd m\u00ed\u010dek, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 uvol\u0148ovat nap\u011bt\u00ed).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u011bti je tak\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9 u\u010dit r\u016fzn\u00e9 relaxa\u010dn\u00ed strategie a zkou\u0161et si je (nap\u0159. i ve form\u00e1tu divadla a sc\u00e9nek atp.). D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby je za\u017eily na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei. Tzn. nap\u011bt\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 nap\u0159. uvol\u0148ovat stisknut\u00edm a povolen\u00edm p\u011bst\u00ed, hlubok\u00fdm d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm (p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u00fddech by m\u011bl b\u00fdt del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e n\u00e1dech) nebo vyt\u0159ep\u00e1n\u00edm t\u011bla. Ty je pak mo\u017en\u00e9 vy\u017e\u00edt p\u0159\u00edmo ve chv\u00edl\u00edch n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch emoc\u00ed (m\u00e1m ruce v\u00a0p\u011bst, povol\u00edm je; m\u00e1m zrychlen\u00fd dech, z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b se ho sna\u017e\u00edm zpomalit; c\u00edt\u00edm v\u00a0t\u011ble nap\u011bt\u00ed a t\u0159esu se, vyt\u0159epu jednotliv\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla; chci do n\u011b\u010deho kopnout, dupnu si).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159\u00edprava prost\u0159ed\u00ed\/nutn\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed nebo pom\u016fcky:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tisk pracovn\u00edho listu pro v\u0161echny \u017e\u00e1ky (ide\u00e1ln\u011b barevn\u011b)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1sledn\u00e1 diskuze o pracovn\u00edm listu v krou\u017eku<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159edstaven\u00ed aktivity \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm a \u017e\u00e1kyn\u00edm a instrukce pro \u017e\u00e1ky a \u017e\u00e1kyn\u011b:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za\u010dn\u011bte <\/span><b>\u00favodem k\u00a0emoc\u00edm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (viz v\u00fd\u0161e \u2013 ka\u017ed\u00fd ob\u010das za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 pocity, je to norm\u00e1ln\u00ed atp.). Vysv\u011btlete jim, pro\u010d m\u00e1 smysl se o tomto t\u00e9matu bavit. \u0158ekn\u011bte jim, \u010demu se v\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm \u010dase spole\u010dn\u011b budete v\u011bnovat (pracovn\u00ed list a n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 diskuze o n\u011bm).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rozdejte d\u011btem <\/span><b>pracovn\u00ed list<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a p\u0159edstavte jim ho. Vysv\u011btlete jim, \u017ee vztek m\u00e1 r\u016fznou intenzitu (viz v\u00fd\u0161e) \u2013 od m\u00edrn\u00e9ho rozru\u0161en\u00ed po velk\u00fd vztek, kdy hroz\u00ed vybuchnut\u00ed. Po\u017e\u00e1dejte, aby na z\u00e1klad\u011b sv\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed do listu zaznamenali (kreslen\u00edm \u010di p\u00edsemn\u011b), co v\u00a0nich danou n\u00e1ladu vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 (prostor vlevo) a co v\u00a0takovou chv\u00edli mohou d\u011blat (prostor vpravo). M\u016f\u017eete je tak\u00e9 po\u017e\u00e1dat, aby nav\u00edc vlevo (pop\u0159. na druhou stranu) doplnili, jak se dan\u00e1 n\u00e1lada projevuje na jejich chov\u00e1n\u00ed a jak\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly v\u00a0nich vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 (viz v\u00fd\u0161e).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1sledn\u011b s\u00a0d\u011btmi<\/span><b> diskutujte <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o tom, co do pracovn\u00edch list\u016f doplnili. Ide\u00e1ln\u011b v\u00a0kruhu (atmosf\u00e9ra by pro n\u011b m\u011bla b\u00fdt bezpe\u010dn\u00e1; nenu\u0165te odpov\u00eddat ty, co necht\u011bj\u00ed; vyvol\u00e1vejte ty, co se hl\u00e1s\u00ed). Ptejte se \u2013 jak\u00e9 v\u011bci v\u00a0nich danou n\u00e1ladu vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed (viz pracovn\u00ed list). Proberte s\u00a0nimi, jak se dan\u00e1 n\u00e1lada projevuje na jejich chov\u00e1n\u00ed a jak\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly v\u00a0nich vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1. Pokud nebudou v\u011bd\u011bt, jak odpov\u011bd\u011bt, popi\u0161te a uka\u017ete jim to na sob\u011b. Nechte je, a\u0165 si vyzkou\u0161\u00ed, jak\u00fd je rozd\u00edl mezi t\u00edm, kdy\u017e je jejich t\u011blo uvoln\u011bn\u00e9 a kdy\u017e zatnou svaly. Zeptejte se jich, co v\u00a0dan\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch d\u011blaj\u00ed a jestli sami maj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 strategie pro regulaci emoc\u00ed. Bavte se s\u00a0nimi o dal\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u00edch (viz v\u00fd\u0161e \u2013 relaxa\u010dn\u00ed strategie). Jejich odpov\u011bdi m\u016f\u017eete zapisovat na pap\u00edr a pot\u00e9 je vylepit na n\u00e1st\u011bnku.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u016f\u017eete vymyslet jak\u00e9koliv dal\u0161\u00ed transformace a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed t\u00e9to aktivity. Nap\u0159. nechat d\u011bti sehr\u00e1t sc\u00e9nky; vybrat n\u011bjakou sc\u00e9nu z\u00a0filmu, na kter\u00e9 si spole\u010dn\u011b pop\u00ed\u0161ete, jak s\u00a0n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdmi emocemi pracovat; vyu\u017e\u00edt ma\u0148\u00e1sky nebo n\u011bjak\u00e9 loutky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nezapome\u0148te d\u011btem vysv\u011btlit, \u017ee s\u00a0n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdmi emocemi je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovat u\u017e v \u201eoran\u017eov\u00e9\u201c \u010d\u00e1sti (tzn. rozru\u0161en\u00ed, kdy\u017e vztek nen\u00ed tolik intenzivn\u00ed). Proto\u017ee jinak u\u017e jsou t\u011b\u017eko ovladateln\u00e9 a hroz\u00ed v\u00fdbuch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rizika a jejich minimalizace:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed ze \u017e\u00e1k\u016f nebudou cht\u00edt nahlas sd\u00edlet sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti, nebo si zkou\u0161et uvol\u0148ovac\u00ed strategie (to plat\u00ed hlavn\u011b u star\u0161\u00edch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f), je to v\u00a0po\u0159\u00e1dku. Sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e si sami v \u201esoukrom\u00ed\u201c pracovn\u00ed list vypln\u00ed, pop\u0159. kdy\u017e budou poslouchat diskuzi ostatn\u00edch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud by se stalo, \u017ee d\u011bti za\u010dnou \u201eukazovat\u201c na n\u011bjak\u00e9ho spolu\u017e\u00e1ka, \u017ee je to on, kdo m\u00e1 \u201eprobl\u00e9m\u201c se vztekem, je pot\u0159eba je zastavit. U\u010dte d\u011bti t\u011bmto strategi\u00edm na jejich b\u011b\u017en\u011b ka\u017edodenn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti (ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je za\u010d\u00edt u\u017e od prvn\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f Z\u0160, pop\u0159. i M\u0160).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Dal\u0161\u00ed tipy nebo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pozn\u00e1mky: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teplom\u011br je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt jako skupinovou aktivitu, kdy d\u011bti spole\u010dn\u011b vym\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed, jak\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situace v\u00a0nich danou n\u00e1ladu vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed a co n\u00e1sledn\u011b v\u00a0takov\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch d\u011blat.
