Tento program podporuje individualitu, empatii, sebereflexi a sebejistotu, spolupr\u00e1ci, respekt a schopnost \u0159e\u0161it konflikty. Teoretick\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem je my\u0161lenka, \u017ee rozvoj t\u011bchto dovednost\u00ed je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd pro osobn\u00ed r\u016fst a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v komunit\u011b. \u017d\u00e1ci se u\u010d\u00ed, jak rozpozn\u00e1vat a vyjad\u0159ovat sv\u00e9 emoce, jak naslouchat druh\u00fdm a jak budovat pozitivn\u00ed vztahy. Program PeaceJam zahrnuje r\u016fzn\u00e9 aktivity, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm rozv\u00edjet jejich emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed inteligenci a schopnost pracovat v t\u00fdmu. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem se \u017e\u00e1ci st\u00e1vaj\u00ed aktivn\u00edmi ob\u010dany, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou schopni p\u0159isp\u011bt k pozitivn\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011b ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed. Program pom\u00e1h\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm nejen l\u00e9pe porozum\u011bt sob\u011b a ostatn\u00edm, ale tak\u00e9 posiluje jejich schopnost \u010delit v\u00fdzv\u00e1m a p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3155a6;\"><b>Jak vyu\u017e\u00edt aktivitu ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b bezpe\u010dn\u011b a efektivn\u011b?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3155a6;\"><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #3155a6;\">Program PeaceJam je vhodn\u00fd do pr\u016f\u0159ezov\u00fdch t\u00e9mat, t\u0159\u00eddnick\u00fdch hodin, ale i hodin \u010desk\u00e9ho a anglick\u00e9ho jazyka, d\u011bjepisu, zem\u011bpisu, osobnostn\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdchovy, hudebn\u00ed a v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy atd. Jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed se ale meze nekladou. Lze jej implementovat do hodin zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na osobn\u00ed rozvoj, ob\u010danskou v\u00fdchovu nebo etiku. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vytvo\u0159it bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a podp\u016frn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde se \u017e\u00e1ci c\u00edt\u00ed pohodln\u011b sd\u00edlet sv\u00e9 n\u00e1zory a emoce. U\u010ditel by m\u011bl moderovat diskusi a zajistit, aby se ka\u017ed\u00fd \u017e\u00e1k mohl vyj\u00e1d\u0159it bez obav z posm\u011bchu nebo kritiky.
