Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm interaktivn\u00edch workshop\u016f a individu\u00e1ln\u00edch spoluprac\u00ed p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edme do \u0161kol wellbeing v podob\u011b pozitivn\u00edho nadhledu, rozv\u00edjen\u00ed v\u0161\u00edmavosti a psychick\u00e9 odolnosti.<br \/>\nPedagog\u016fm pom\u00e1h\u00e1me nach\u00e1zet vlastn\u00ed cestu k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00edch situac\u00ed. Zam\u011b\u0159ujeme se na t\u00e9mata jako jsou komunikace a zdrav\u00e9 vztahy, stresov\u00e1 odolnost, pr\u00e1ce se strachy a emocemi, sebep\u00e9\u010de, du\u0161evn\u00ed pohoda, zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed krizov\u00fdch situac\u00ed, prevence vyho\u0159en\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed. Na\u0161\u00ed dlouhodobou viz\u00ed je, aby v\u00fdhody a p\u0159\u00ednosy kou\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed mohli za\u017e\u00edvat \u0159editel\u00e9 a pedagogov\u00e9 na ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u0161kole. Proto\u017ee spokojen\u00fd u\u010ditel pom\u00e1h\u00e1 utv\u00e1\u0159et spokojen\u00e9 d\u011bti. Spokojen\u00e9 d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 se zaujet\u00edm pracuj\u00ed, p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke spokojenosti a vyrovnanosti u\u010ditele i rodi\u010de.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O AKCI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce pedagog\u016f je velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1. Denn\u011b pom\u00e1haj\u00ed jin\u00fdm zvl\u00e1dat n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 situace, p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky a hledat motivaci. Ve\u0161ker\u00e1 jejich energie \u010dasto sm\u011b\u0159uje ven a na vlastn\u00ed pohodu nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010das a s\u00edla. Jak pe\u010dovat o sebe a z\u00e1rove\u0148 b\u00fdt oporou pro ostatn\u00ed?<br \/>\nB\u011bhem interaktivn\u00edho workshopu se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme na to, jak si udr\u017eet vnit\u0159n\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hu, nenechat se pohltit ka\u017edodenn\u00edm stresem a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b se vyhnout m\u00f3du vyho\u0159en\u00ed. Nau\u010d\u00edme se inovativn\u00ed, praktick\u00e9 techniky mindfulness, psychohygieny a kou\u010dovac\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m pomohou l\u00e9pe zvl\u00e1dat n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 situace, stabilizovat emo\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1por a z\u00e1rove\u0148 obnovit vlastn\u00ed energii.<br \/>\nVyzkou\u0161\u00edme si jednoduch\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed, kou\u010dovac\u00ed ot\u00e1zky a techniky aktivn\u00edho naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete ihned aplikovat v pr\u00e1ci i doma.<br \/>\nObjev\u00edme zp\u016fsob, jak a kde naj\u00edt klid, pohodu, harmonii, inspiraci a radost v \u017eivot\u011b. Na semin\u00e1\u0159i zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme pozornost na na\u0161e pot\u0159eby a p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed, proto\u017ee jen ten, kdo m\u00e1 s\u00e1m dost, m\u016f\u017ee d\u00e1vat ostatn\u00edm. D\u00e1vat lidem okolo n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017eeme z na\u0161eho nadbytku a rovnov\u00e1hy.
